Sr. Production Engineer

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage manufacturing process and HD H/C management to ensure meet production order.
• Monitor major MFG team KPIs and drive continuous improvement activities

• Identify and eliminate potential hazards and conduct risk assessments for identified hazards.

• Control workplace hazards through prevention measures
• Review production planning according to production order to maximize labor efficiency improvement.
• Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and drive corrective and preventive actions to improve inline process quality.

• Review standard work process and ensure operator compliance
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet MFG team KPIs

• Achieve flawless production as a Production Engineer.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (Minimum Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial engineering or a related field
• 5 to 10 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field
• Experience in manufacturing engineering or production management is preferred
• Experience with IATF/ISO requirements and customer audits experience is preferred
• Basic English communication skills
