Senior Design Engineer, Scotland

We are supporting an international oilfield technology business with the appointment of a Senior Design Engineer.

The role will focus on the design and development of downhole and well-completion equipment, working across engineering, manufacturing, testing and customer requirements.

Relevant experience includes:

- Mechanical design within oilfield equipment

- Downhole tools, completions or pressure-control systems

- SolidWorks or similar CAD software

- API standards and regulated engineering environments

- Design verification, testing and technical documentation

- Collaboration with customers, suppliers and manufacturing teams

Experience with packers, valves, landing strings or related completion equipment would be highly relevant.
