Supervisor, SAP (Power User)

This role will play a key role in optimizing SAP Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD) and Logistics Execution (LE) modules, and provide systems support and guidance to plant end-users and suppliers, both locally as well as the Asia Pacific region.

• Serve as SAP Technical Expert (Power User) ensuring prompt identification and resolution of application issues.

• Support system testing and project implementation to meet business requirements.

• Assist internal stakeholders and external customers withs EDI connectivity for order and forecast transmission.

• Acts as Plant Lead for SAP Warehouse Management System operations and ongoing system support.

• Lead and coordinate supplier EDI certification activities for the plant.

• Liaise with and train suppliers on forecasting process and business requirements.

• Liaise with supplier to establish and maintain EDI connections and integrations.

• Train internal users in new SAP functionalities and implementations.

• Serve as the SAP Subject Matter expert to the business

• Support business process mapping, system integration

• Act as key person in supporting PC&L business process audits and compliance requirements

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience.

• At least 5 years of hands-on SAP experience, with expertise in SAP MM and SD modules preferred.

• Excellent communication skills with global cross functional teams, customers, suppliers

• EDI knowledge

• Strong knowledge in EDIFACT standard

• Strong programming language knowledge in SQL, VB and .NET Framework 1.1 including VB.NET, C# and ASP.Net

• Strong ability in MS Office, Access, Excel, SAP, power point & Microsoft SQL Server

• Ability to interpret BOM structure

• Ability to map and document PC&L processes effectively to support audit readiness and compliance.
