Internal Job Title: Associate Manager, Supply Chain, Procurement

About the Role:

As Procurement Manager – Direct & Indirect Procurement, you will be responsible for leading sourcing and end-to-end procurement activities across Plant Facilities, Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO), and CAPEX in the Africa, Middle East and Türkiye (AMET) region, while providing procurement support for Raw Materials and Rigid Packaging categories..

You will work closely with regional stakeholders and cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, manage key supplier relationships and negotiate commercial agreements that deliver value to the business.

You will also play an important role in strengthening supplier performance, managing supply risks and identifying opportunities for cost optimisation and continuous improvement across the region.

Responsibilities:

• Execute regional sourcing and procurement strategies across Plant Facilities, MRO, Raw Materials and Rigid Packaging categories.

• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives, including supplier evaluation, selection, negotiations and contract management.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, driving performance, service quality and continuous improvement.

• Identify and deliver cost optimisation opportunities through effective sourcing strategies, commercial negotiations and total cost of ownership analysis.

• Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain and other cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver effective procurement solutions.

• Identify and mitigate supply risks, ensuring continuity of supply through effective supplier management and contingency planning.

• Monitor market trends, supplier capabilities and category developments to identify opportunities for innovation and value creation.

• Support sustainability objectives by integrating responsible sourcing practices and sustainable material solutions into procurement strategies.

Experience you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree and experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing or a related business function, ideally within FMCG or manufacturing.

• Experience in Direct Materials and/or Plant Facilities and MRO procurement, with strong knowledge of strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations and total cost of ownership.

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Please Note :

• We do not provide domestic or international relocation for this role.

• You will be required to work from the office 5 days a week during the 90 days. After this, the arrangement will transition to 4 days in the office and one day working from home each week.*
