Start your adventure with Zip
Zip is looking for a Senior Product Manager to help build the next chapter of our direct-to-consumer product experience.
You will independently manage a key product within Zip’s growing portfolio of financial products adjacent to our core Buy Now, Pay Later offering. Working closely with the Group Product Manager for D2C Products, you will translate broader product strategy into a focused roadmap, identify the highest-value customer problems to solve, run experiments to validate opportunities, and lead your cross-functional team through day-to-day product delivery.
This is a hands-on product role. You will be accountable for understanding your customers, setting priorities, defining product requirements and success measures, making thoughtful tradeoffs, and ensuring that the team continuously learns from what we ship.
You will work closely with Product Design, Engineering, Data, Marketing, Credit Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Operations, and other partners. Together, you will build financial products that customers understand and value, deliver sustainable business outcomes, and meet the high standards of trust and responsibility required in consumer financial services.

- Develop a strong understanding of your product’s economics and performance, partnering with Data, Finance, and Credit Risk to understand measures such as revenue, losses, delinquency, utilization, cost-to-serve, and other relevant financial outcomes.
- Partner deeply with Product Design and Research to turn complex financial concepts into customer experiences that are simple, intuitive, transparent, and trustworthy.

- Partner with Marketing, Growth, CRM, and other teams on positioning, go-to-market, onboarding, customer education, and lifecycle engagement for your product.
- Work with Credit Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Treasury, and Operations to ensure regulatory, credit, operational, funding, and customer considerations are incorporated into product decisions.
- Use product performance and customer feedback after launch to recommend and execute what to improve, scale, rethink, or stop.
- Contribute to a cohesive multi-product Zip experience by partnering with the Group Product Manager and other Product Managers on how customers discover, understand, and move between Zip products.
- Explore appropriate uses of AI across the customer experience and your own ways of working, including opportunities to improve customer understanding, personalization, support, discovery, and team productivity.
- Communicate priorities, progress, results, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to your cross-functional team and relevant stakeholders.
