Channel Enablement Manager, EU Datech

Job Purpose

To work with new Datech vendors and support the customer success/customer lifecycle methodology implementation across the different vendors and partners, working closely with all European countries. Work to help developing all areas of the business from sales and marketing to automation.

This role can be based in any of our European locations.

Responsibilities

• 1. Vendor relationship:

• Drive the Datech value and capabilities of our solutions to all Vendors

• Collaborate with Vendor teams to drive partner programs to improve customer retention.

• Demo all Datech Value Tools to all Vendors

• 2. Customer Lifecycle Services:

• Provide full demos of Portal capabilities to Vendors and new partners

• Drive Partner adoption to use the LAER model

• Provide Data analysis and reports

• Help to identify Opportunities within partners data

• 3. Automated Nurture:

• Design, implement, and manage automated nurture plans aimed at engaging partners throughout the customer lifecycle.

• Encourage partners to use Automated Nurture for Long tail business

• Help with creation of nurture templates

• Monitor performance, analyse results, and make data-driven adjustments to enhance partner engagement and conversion rates.

• 4. New Business Development:

• Drive strategic programs to expand business on existing customers, supporting the regional Datech Business Development Managers.

• Utilize market research and insights to develop strategies that expand the partner network and drive revenue growth.

• 5. Relationship Building:

• Foster strong relationships with key vendor stakeholders and partners acting as a trusted advisor

• Understand partner needs, challenges, and feedback, and relay insights to internal teams for continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

• >3 to 5 Years of relevant work experience.

• Able to use common office equipment, computer systems and applications.

• Communication skills: able to interact effectively with higher levels of management (managers & above)

• Able to collaborate and build solid, effective working relationships with others.

• Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.

• Able to demonstrate complex problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.
