We deliver production-ready Celonis Platform implementations that drive measurable top, bottom, and green-line impact. Moving beyond “point-in-time” analysis, we utilize a Discover-and-Build approach to solve the world's most complex operational challenges.

In close partnership with Value Engineering, we perform data-driven discovery to validate business hypotheses against real-world data. We then build and deploy operational, AI-enriched solutions on top of the Celonis Platform that automate decisions and optimize workflows at an enterprise scale.

Our project delivery lifecycle is accelerated by state-of-the-art AI augmentation , allowing our consultants to focus on high-level, strategic problem-solving. By serving as the "eyes and ears" in the field, we maintain a continuous innovation loop with our Product & Engineering teams, ensuring our frontline learnings directly shape the future of the Celonis Platform.

The Role

As an Associate Deployment Engineer within the Galaxy Graduate Program , you will support the end-to-end "Discover-and-Build" journey for our global customers. The Galaxy program unites Celonauts across different locations into one dedicated onboarding program which develops recent graduates into well rounded, skilled Services professionals in 12 months. As part of a consulting team, collaborating with more experienced consultants, you will bridge the gap between complex data landscapes and strategic business value. This role is designed for high-potential university graduates who possess a "Business-Critical Mindset" and the ability to understand how technical solutions can impact customer operations and improve efficiency, resulting in platform adoption and long-term ROI for our customers.

The Work You’ll Do

• Support Strategic Implementations: Support the implementation of Celonis Platform as a business-critical tool by connecting customer data to actionable strategic outcomes.

• Execute Discover-and-Build: As part of a project team, participate in process mining discovery activities, data transformation (SQL/Python), and the creation of AI-driven analyses to identify execution gaps.

• AI-Forward Solutioning: Leverage your technical background to build and deploy "AI-forward" solutions, utilizing Machine Learning and LLM integrations for our most strategic customers.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Actively participate in discovery and requirement workshops, practicing a consulting mindset to communicate technical findings to business stakeholders and continue building the solution with a strong customer centric mindset.

• Operational Excellence: Contribute to project speed and efficiency by maintaining high-quality documentation and ensuring "Built-in Quality Control" in every line of code or analysis produced.

• Cross team collaboration: Have the opportunity to collaborate with various teams within the Celonis organization, including but not limited to:

• Business Analytics, Academy and Global Programs

• Solution Architecture & Celonis Support

The Qualifications You Need

• Academic Background: A recent graduate (or final year student) with a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related technical field.

• Technical Foundation: Proven experience building technical solutions during your studies or internships. You should be comfortable with Python, SQL, and have a foundational understanding of Machine Learning and AI architectures.

• Business-Critical Mindset: A strong interest in how technology creates financial value. You are driven by outcomes like ROI, efficiency, and process improvement.

• Consulting DNA: You are curious, solution-driven, and outspoken. You possess the confidence to manage stakeholders and the skills required to navigate complex corporate environments.

• Analytical Rigor: The ability to not only focus on "What is the data saying?" and also to recommend "What should the business do, based on the findings?"

• Communication: Excellent communication skills in English and German (native/proficient on both) , with the ability to translate technical concepts into business impact.

• You are available to start working full time from February 1st, 2027 onwards, with the rest of our global cohort.
