Store Manager (Full-Time)

SPAR Kinsale (Pearse Street) is seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the store, ensuring high standards of customer service, operational excellence, team leadership, and compliance with company policies and relevant legislation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the daily operations of the store

- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high customer care standards

- Recruit, train, motivate, and develop team members

- Monitor and drive sales performance to achieve business targets

- Manage stock control, merchandising, and waste reduction

- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, HACCP, employment, and consumer legislation

- Manage cash handling procedures and store security

- Maintain high operational and presentation standards throughout the store

- Create and maintain a positive and productive working environment
