THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Staff Product Manager   in our Billing Team in Brazil! This is a Remote – Brazil position, meaning you can work from anywhere within the country. Please note that this role is only open to candidates in Brazil.

Billing is how Wellhub turns the value we deliver to corporate clients into revenue: how clients are billed, taxed, invoiced, and how their payments are applied, collected, and reconciled across the ecosystem.

You will own the product vision and roadmap for B2B Billing, including taxation, invoicing, accounting, cash application, collections, and reconciliation, for the Enterprise and Membership fee models. You will work closely with Engineering, Finance, Legal, Design, and the product teams that depend on Billing. Your job is to make billing accurate, simple, and consistent across Wellhub, and to give other teams a platform they can build on with confidence.

YOUR IMPACT

• Every B2B customer is affected by what the Billing teams build. As Wellhub grows, so does the reach of your work.

• Your solutions shape critical touchpoints corporate clients have with Wellhub: invoices and tax documents, billing and legal entity details, payment status, and account statements.

• You will make it easier for corporate clients to understand, pay, and reconcile what they owe, and for internal teams to adopt shared billing capabilities instead of building their own.

• Your decisions directly affect financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and trust in the platform.

• You will partner with technical leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver end to end, and you will help raise the product bar across the organization.

What You Will Do

• Set and communicate the product vision and strategy for B2B Billing, and explain it clearly to internal stakeholders.

• Build and manage a high-quality roadmap that balances client experience, compliance, and platform scalability.

• Define product requirements in close collaboration with Engineering, Design, Finance, and Legal, proposing new solutions and continuously improving existing ones.

• Make trade-offs between automation and control using data, not intuition.

• Partner with product teams across Wellhub to understand their billing needs, and prioritize platform capabilities that serve them.

• Work closely with data, experimentation, design, and engineering to deliver scalable, well-crafted products.

• Define OKRs, goals, and metrics, and track their progress.

• Manage the backlog and lead meetings with stakeholders, engineers, and designers.

• Develop hypotheses and run experiments to validate them, improving the client experience across billing journeys.

WHO YOU ARE

• You use AI tools to produce high-quality work faster and make better decisions.

• You have experience leading impactful product development, with a proven track record. Experience on platform or foundational products is a plus.

• You communicate effectively in English, in writing and in meetings, with colleagues and stakeholders across countries and cultures.

• You are adaptable and comfortable working with people across different timezones.

• You are data-driven: you use metrics and insights to iterate and deliver outcomes, and you are comfortable with numbers.

• You can work through technical complexity. You are comfortable discussing architecture and financial or compliance trade-offs with engineers, and you can explain them to non-technical stakeholders.

• You break down complex problems into smaller independent sub-problems, navigate ambiguity, and make pragmatic decisions in unstructured environments.

• You influence without authority. You build trust with engineers and cross-functional partners, and you align teams that have competing priorities.

• You are well organized, handle multiple parallel initiatives, and keep stakeholders informed in a timely way.

Nice to Have

• Experience with billing, payments, or financial systems

• Experience with B2B SaaS products

• Experience with multi-country products, including tax and regulatory requirements

• Engineering or software development background
