Executive Search Program Coordinator (Contract Hourly) - Hybrid
Reporting to the Director of Global Executive Search, the Executive Search Program Coordinator plays a critical role in delivering a world-class executive hiring experience. This individual serves as a trusted partner to the Executive Search team, senior leaders, executive assistants, candidates, and external search partners to ensure seamless execution of executive recruiting activities.
As the primary point of contact throughout the search process, you will represent Micron's Executive Search function and provide a high-touch, white-glove experience to executive-level candidates. You will manage complex interview logistics, coordinate onboarding activities, support executive search operations, and drive strategic projects that enhance talent acquisition capabilities, processes, and candidate experience.
This role offers an opportunity to contribute beyond coordination by supporting talent mapping, market intelligence, executive talent pipelines, AI-enabled recruiting initiatives, and process optimization projects that strengthen Micron's executive hiring strategy and future leadership pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Search Coordination & Candidate Experience
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the executive recruiting lifecycle, including candidate scheduling, interview coordination, offer support, and onboarding activities.
- Deliver an exceptional, white-glove candidate experience while maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality, professionalism, and responsiveness throughout the search process.
- Serve as the primary liaison between executive candidates, hiring leaders, executive assistants, recruiters, and external search firms.
- Ensure timely communication, follow-up, and execution of critical search-related activities to keep searches progressing efficiently.
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve complex logistical challenges involving multiple executives and stakeholders across global time zones.
- Support executive candidate travel, interview preparation, and onboarding activities to ensure a seamless experience from initial engagement through hire.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Partner closely with Executive Leadership teams, Executive Assistants, Human Resources, and external search firms to facilitate successful search execution.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and executive search partners, ensuring a high standard of service delivery, responsiveness, and professionalism.
- Maintain alignment among stakeholders and provide regular search progress updates throughout the recruiting process.
- Build strong relationships across the organization to ensure efficient coordination and positive experiences for candidates and hiring teams.
Operations & Process Excellence
- Maintain executive search dashboards, candidate trackers, reporting tools, and recruiting systems, including Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of candidate, search, and reporting data.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, best practices, search reports, presentations, and executive recruiting resources.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the overall executive recruiting experience.
- Support executive search reporting, metrics, and analytics to drive informed decision-making and operational excellence.
Strategic Projects, Talent Intelligence & Market Insights
- Support executive talent mapping, talent pool development, benchmarking initiatives, and market intelligence research.
- Assist in creating executive talent market maps, succession-focused talent pipelines, and competitive intelligence reports.
- Contribute to strategic projects focused on candidate experience, employer brand, executive recruiting capabilities, and process innovation.
- Assist with analytics, reporting, and insights that inform executive talent acquisition strategies, workforce planning, and succession planning efforts.
AI & Recruiting Innovation
- Leverage AI-powered recruiting and productivity tools to improve search execution, candidate experience, research, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Support the development and adoption of AI-enabled workflows for executive talent mapping, market intelligence, candidate engagement, benchmarking, and search project management.
- Partner with the Executive Search team to identify opportunities to automate administrative tasks, streamline processes, and enhance reporting through AI and digital solutions.
- Utilize AI tools to synthesize market insights, develop executive and company profiles, create presentations, and support executive search analytics.
- Act as a champion for innovation by helping the Executive Search team leverage emerging technologies to enhance talent identification, research, workflow automation, and candidate engagement.
- Maintain awareness of emerging recruiting technologies, AI capabilities, talent intelligence platforms, and industry best practices to continuously advance the effectiveness of the Executive Search function.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, executive search coordination, talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field.
- Prior experience supporting executive-level recruiting and interview scheduling strongly preferred.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Experience using Workday ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred.
- Experience utilizing AI-enabled productivity, research, or recruiting tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, generative AI platforms, talent intelligence tools, or workflow automation solutions) preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and other collaboration tools.
- Strong project management, organizational, and operational execution skills.
