Job Description

The Project Marketing Coordinator supports the Retail Marketing team in the execution and coordination of daily operational tasks and ongoing marketing projects. This role is responsible for assisting with planogram management, creative brief preparation, product and material shipments, translation coordination, seeding logistics, and tradeshow support. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across functions and markets

Key Responsibilities

• Provide general marketing, administrative, and reporting support to the Retail Marketing team as needed.

• Monitor project timelines, follow up on deliverables, and support cross-functional alignment.

• Assist in creating and updating planograms in collaboration with trade, sales, and visual merchandising teams.

• Assist in developing creative briefs in collaboration with brand teams, follow-up on artwork development and approvals.

• Coordinate and track product and marketing material shipments to internal teams, retail partners, and event locations.

• Organize and manage seeding shipments, including product selection, packaging, and shipment coordination.

• Support preparation and logistics for tradeshows and retail events, including materials, samples, and booth

organization.

• Manage translation workflows for marketing content, ensuring accurate delivery and timely approvals.

• Maintain shared documents, guidelines, and marketing asset libraries.

Experience/Technical Skills

• Experience as Administrator, Office Assistant or Project Coordinator

• Proven organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Strong communication skills; fluency in English C1 is required

• Strong presentation skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with project management tools is a must.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with retail environments, planograms, and marketing operations is preferred.
