Job Responsibilities

• Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and overall project progress
• Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams
• Supervise electrical installation works to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion
• Monitor manpower, materials, costs, and project resources
• Review drawings, specifications, and resolve site technical issues
• Identify and manage project risks, delays, and site constraints
• Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, inspection, and project handover
• Ensure all works comply with HDB requirements, relevant electrical standards, and safety regulations
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to the project team

Job Requirements

• Minimum 6–10 years' experience as a Project Manager / Project Engineer in electrical construction
• Minimum 1 completed HDB BTO project is REQUIRED
• Experience in HDB, residential, or building electrical projects is preferred
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation, testing, and commissioning
• Good understanding of project scheduling, cost control, and manpower planning
• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Able to work independently and manage multiple project activities
