We are looking for an Osteopath to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.
In this position, you will deliver osteopathy treatments in line with Costa Navarino standards, ensuring guest satisfaction while promoting retail products to enhance the guest experience and support revenue goals.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional osteopathy treatments in line with established protocols and Costa Navarino standards.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of spa treatments, services and products.
- Care for treatment rooms and equipment, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene and proper restocking.
- Support daily spa operations and assist with wellness events and activities.
- Maintain accurate guest records and collaborate with Spa Reception on recommendations and feedback.
- Advise guests on treatments, products and wellness options based on their individual needs.
- Promote and sell treatments and retail products to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain a safe working environment, report maintenance needs and suggest operational improvements.
- Arrive on time and deliver treatments within the scheduled duration.
- Contribute to problem-solving and support the Spa team as required.
Requirements
- Degree in Osteopathy.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Osteopath in a 4- or 5-star resort.
- Additional qualifications in body treatments, such as massage and body wraps, will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent command of English.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask, adapt to changing needs and respond effectively to guest requests.
- Attention to detail and a professional approach.
- Sales-oriented mindset and ability to recommend suitable treatments and products.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and trustworthy, with a strong team spirit.
