Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is seeking a Group Rooms Coordinator to join our Reservations team.

The role

As a Group Rooms Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing all room reservation aspects for group business, ensuring room blocks are maintained accurately and contractual obligations are fulfilled.

Working closely with Sales, Conference Services, Revenue Management, and operational departments, you will act as the central point of coordination for group room reservations, helping to maximise revenue opportunities while delivering exceptional service to clients and guests.

This role is ideal for a highly organised hospitality professional who enjoys building relationships, managing details, and working collaboratively across multiple departments.

What you will do

• Manage all group room reservations from initial booking through to departure

• Monitor and maintain group room blocks within hotel inventory

• Ensure all group contractual obligations and reservation requirements are fulfilled

• Liaise closely with Sales Managers, Conference Services Managers, Revenue Management, and operational departments

• Manage rooming lists, reservation amendments, pick up reports, and group block adjustments

• Maintain accurate reservation records and guest information within hotel systems

• Communicate group requirements and updates effectively to relevant stakeholders

• Identify opportunities to maximise occupancy and revenue while maintaining guest satisfaction

What we are looking for

• Previous experience within Reservations, Revenue, Sales Support, or a similar hospitality role

• Experience managing group reservations within a luxury hotel environment is advantageous

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines effectively

• Strong administrative and system skills

• Positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences

• Good spoken and written English

• Right to Work in the UK

What to expect

• Full time position based on a 40 hour working week

• Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm working pattern with flexibility required based on business needs
