Organizational & Technology Transformation Program Manager

CodeValue is looking for an experienced Organizational & Technology Transformation Program Manager to lead a large-scale organizational transformation initiative focused on user and access management.

The role combines program management, technology implementation, process design, and organizational change management. The successful candidate will lead the initiative from planning through implementation and adoption, including the development of a supporting information system, the definition of workflows and procedures, and coordination across multiple organizational stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex organizational and technology transformation programs within large organizations, from initial planning through implementation and adoption.

• Manage cross-functional teams combining technology and organizational expertise, including task allocation, guidance, and coordination.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive work plans, including phases, milestones, deliverables, responsibilities, timelines, and dependencies.

• Monitor program progress, track objectives and deliverables, manage risks, resolve blockers, and drive corrective actions.

• Prepare and present periodic status reports to senior management, including alternatives, key considerations, recommendations, and decisions required.

• Lead the implementation of information systems alongside the development of business processes, operational procedures, and change management activities.

• Engage and align stakeholders across senior management, Information Systems, Human Resources, Information Security, and operational teams.

• Drive organizational readiness, adoption, and effective implementation of new processes and systems.

• Proven experience managing complex organizational and technology transformation programs in large organizations, from planning through implementation.

• Hands-on experience leading multidisciplinary teams across technology and organizational functions.

• Strong program planning skills, including the ability to define work plans, milestones, deliverables, ownership, timelines, and dependencies.

• Experience monitoring program execution, managing risks and blockers, tracking performance against objectives, and implementing corrective actions.

• Proven ability to prepare and present status updates, recommendations, and decision points to senior management.

• Experience implementing information systems while defining and embedding business processes, procedures, and organizational change.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage and align senior management and cross-functional teams.
