Under the direction of the Shipping Supervisor, the Shipper will package and prepare domestic and international regulated and non-regulated customer orders according to established procedures and applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure material collected corresponds with process sheet specifications.

• Process all incoming coils into SAP system.

• Create and attach coil tags to incoming coils.

• Determine appropriate packaging according to customer specifications and regulations.

• Place coils in proper packaging.

• Prepare shipment according to established process sheet.

• Close up packaging according to process sheet guidelines.

• Load truck following company policy.

• Follow all clean-up and housekeeping procedures.

• Comply with all safety, quality, procedures, and policies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

• 1+ years of previous shipping experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

• Strong attention to detail with ability to understand and following process instructions

• Able to use a computer and input data accurately

$20.00 - $28.00 Hourly*

*The hourly pay range listed is a guide for this position and may vary depending on experience, education, geographic location, and other qualifications. The final offer will be determined based on the candidate's individual merits and the company's compensation policies.
