People Operations Specialist

Job Description

What you will be doing

• Be part of a Global People Operations team supporting global processes in multiple countries

• The first point of contact for all employee queries & case management systems.

• Collaborate and engage with CoEs, Business Partners and Senior Specialists to deliver outstanding employee experience.

• Drive operational excellence by maintaining living and breathing standard operating procedures.

• Ensuring all service standards are met as per the agreed Service Level Agreements.

• Acts as  a culture champion and customer advocate for People Ops Team by representing the services in a positive manner and providing excellent customer service.

• Identify trends in employee queries, propose, and implement solutions to simplify user journeys.

• Proactively propose and drive improvements to streamline and automate People processes, leveraging tools, systems and AI.

• Actively build the knowledge base for employees to encourage self-service.

• Provide support to our people programs across all our global regions.

What you bring

• 3+ years relevant HR Operations experience in an international organization.

• You possess the professional and social skills needed to establish trust with our employees and internal customers.

• Experience implementing process improvements in the People process that provide exceptional employee experience.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams in other HR functions and internal partners across the organization.

• Excellent analytical and interpersonal abilities with attention to detail.

• Excellent judgment, accountability, and problem-solving skills.

• Workday and any case management system experience is strongly preferred but not mandatory

• Data and analytics experience is a strong plus.
