Field Marketing Manager
The Field Marketing Manager owns the field-sourced and field-influenced pipeline contribution for a combination of products, turning webinars, third-party partnerships, conferences, and customer events into qualified meetings and pipeline for Workforce Compliance.
This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, Workforce Compliance Marketing. The Field Marketing Manager works hand in hand with SDRs and AEs so every program ends in sales follow-up, not just attendance. The role runs the planned calendar (webinars, events, newsletter placements) and the signal-triggered plays that sit on top of it (post-event retargeting, webinar re-engagement, account-based outreach).
This role carries a named pipeline target for Workforce Compliance solutions, set with Sales and RevOps at the start of each quarter.
Pipeline planning and reporting
- Build a quarterly field plan for Workforce Compliance solutions that maps programs to the pipeline target, MQL quota, and Sales priorities, and review it with the Director and Sales leaders each quarter.
- Report weekly on MQLs, hot leads, meetings, hot-meeting conversion, and pipeline created by program.
- Recommend where to add, cut, or reshape programs based on pipeline per dollar and per program, and act on the decision.
Webinars and third-party partnerships
- Plan and run Mitratech-hosted webinars and AMAs, partnering with Product Marketing on topics, content, and speakers.
- Manage third-party partners such as HR Morning, I Hate It Here, HR Brew, and HCI: placements, scheduling, co-hosted webinars, vendor budget, and a pipeline benchmark per partner.
- Segment registrants into net-new and recycled, and tailor follow-up for each.
Events and in-person programs
- Deliver conferences, regional events, executive roundtables, and prospect dinners, owning the pipeline plan from pre-event outreach through post-event follow-up.
- Get target lists to SDRs early to pre-book meetings, and run post-event retargeting from badge scans and registrations.
- Work with Customer Marketing to seat customer advocates at events and webinars, and with Partner Marketing on partner events and referrals.
- Work with the Events team on booth, logistics, and vendor execution so that this role stays focused on pipeline outcomes.
Sales and SDR follow-up
- Own what happens to every lead after a program: routing, SDR and AE talk tracks, re-engagement sprints, and follow-up timing.
- Track conversion from MQL to meeting to opportunity by program, and diagnose where it breaks.
- Meet regularly with SDR leadership and AEs to learn what prospects are saying and adjust messaging and targeting.
- Route play-triggered leads directly to Sales with context, and measure each play against the pipeline it creates.
Cross-Sell and Signal-triggered plays
- Identify and run plays that fire on a signal rather than the calendar, such as multi-registrant accounts, webinar attendance, badge scans, and intent data from tools like 6sense, ZoomInfo, and Qualified.
- Build evergreen cross-sell programs between Workforce Compliance products.
Measurement, budget, and operations
- Own campaign setup, naming, and source tagging in HubSpot and Salesforce, and reconcile attribution with RevOps.
- Build repeatable playbooks and templates, and use AI to speed up list building, personalization, follow-up, and reporting.
Requirements & Skills
- 5+ years in B2B field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation, with a record of contributing to a pipeline number.
- Hands-on experience running in-person and virtual events and webinars as an individual contributor.
- Experience working directly with SDRs and AEs, and a clear understanding of how Sales motions turn leads into meetings and opportunities.
- Proven ability to report pipeline sourced, pipeline influenced, and conversion rates, using Salesforce and HubSpot (campaigns, attribution, reports) and a webinar platform such as Goldcast.
- Strong project management and follow-through across multiple programs at once.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Content, Paid Media, Digital, ABM, Customer Marketing, and RevOps.
- Day-to-day use of AI tools to speed up research, personalization, follow-up, and reporting.

Job Overview
We are building a dedicated finance presence inside each of our business divisions, and this role is one of them. As Director, Operational Finance, you will be the embedded finance partner to a division’s CEO and leadership team: the person who knows the division’s numbers, helps leaders make better decisions with them, and makes sure what happens in the division is reflected accurately in company-wide planning.
You will report to the SVP of Finance, with a dotted-line relationship with your division’s CEO & the Head of FP&A, and you will be working alongside the Corporate Finance team that runs central processes. This is an individual contributor role with significant visibility and a clear path to growth within the organization.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Partner with divisional leadership. Serve as the primary corporate finance and financial operations contact for your assigned division, working closely with the division CEO and the division executive team.
- Drive consistency across divisions. Translate corporate FP&A reporting standards into division-specific execution, so that definitions and metrics (for example, bookings standardization, ARR-related metrics, and margin expansion) are applied the same way in every division.
- Shape the plan. Bring divisional context, assumptions, and priorities into the annual budget run by Corporate Finance, and keep the division aligned with company-wide planning cycles.
- Assist with forecasting. Assist division leadership on forecasting updates, performance tracking, and operational improvement. Act as financial chief of staff to the division CEO while staying closely aligned with Corporate Finance and overall company goals.
- Flag risks early. Identify and escalate critical items, risks, and variances across bookings, retention, and costs to both divisional leadership and the central FP&A organization and support the work to resolve them.
- Find the efficiencies. Identify and drive operational efficiencies and develop topline cost-savings and upside ideas in partnership with divisional leaders.
- Own adjustment tracking. Own tracking of below-the-line (BTL) adjustment realization for your division, and report progress to Corporate Finance to support lender and board reporting.
- Support the close and reporting cycle. Provide divisional input to the monthly and quarterly close, perform variance analysis, and prepare divisional commentary for management and board reporting. Deliver ad hoc analysis for division and corporate leadership as needs arise.
- Partner Across the Organization. In addition to working with finance, partner with and influence other shared services roles such as Deal Desk, Operations, AR, Sales Operations, and Sales Compensation to d
