Role Overview

This role supports our Rocket Fulfillment Center (RFC) operations team based in Taoyuan and follows a hybrid work model, requiring a minimum of three days per week onsite. As a Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with Operations leaders to monitor financial and operational performance, deliver actionable insights through data analysis, support planning and forecasting processes, and help drive initiatives that improve cost efficiency, productivity, and customer experience across the fulfillment network.

What You Will Do

Support RFC financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Partner with Fulfillment Operations leaders to track and improve key metrics related to cost, productivity, quality, and service.

Conduct data analysis to identify performance gaps, uncover opportunities, and support business decision-making.

Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and KPIs to provide timely visibility into operational and financial performance.

Build financial models and analyses to support capacity planning, process improvements, and operational initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency improvements and enhance the customer experience.

Basic Qualifications

-

6-10+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis in a fast-paced technology-oriented organization.

Highly analytical, detail-oriented, strong business sense, and willingness to work within a fast-paced and growing environment.

Ability to gather, analyze, and organize large amounts of data and provide insight and recommendation.

Strong Excel skills

-

Fluent level English and traditional Mandarin.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA

Strong SQL and PowerBI skills
