Commercial Manager Ireland

Job Description

• Lead and develop the Ireland clinical and commercial team.

• Act as HSE Contract Manager and primary point of contact.

• Drive revenue growth, forecasting, market share, and business planning.

• Develop new business opportunities and strengthen renewals.

• Build relationships with HSE, clinicians, stakeholders and key opinion leaders.

• Partner with marketing to support growth initiatives and product launches.

• Coach and develop team performance through KPI management.

• Ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.

EXTRA AWESOME:

• Commercial leadership experience in healthcare, medical devices, or pharma.

• 5+ years leading teams.

• Strong knowledge of the Irish healthcare system and HSE.

• Proven revenue growth and stakeholder management experience.

• Degree or equivalent preferred.
