Senior Engineering Project Manager
- Drive localization and domestication of core components, materials and manufacturing processes, promote domestic supplier replacement and technical localization upgrading, reduce overseas reliance and production costs.
- Coordinate internal procurement department and external suppliers end-to-end, manage supplier qualification verification, sample verification, delivery schedule and technical docking, solve supply chain bottlenecks and abnormal issues in a timely manner.
- Act as the key liaison for cross-border collaboration, efficiently coordinate communication and resource alignment between local China team and German team, unify project execution standards and resolve cross-regional technical and collaborative differences.
- Track full-cycle project progress in real time, sort out project milestones, follow up on pending tasks and delayed nodes regularly, output progress reports, and ensure stable and efficient project advancement.
- Conduct project risk identification and analysis, and develop comprehensive risk management plans to mitigate potential project risks.
