Why This Role

As a Manager, you will lead high‑impact client engagements across Japan, guiding organisations through operational risk, performance improvement, and transformation. You will shape project direction, manage delivery teams, and build strong client relationships while contributing to new consulting opportunities and thought leadership.

Industry / Practice Focus

You will work within our Operational Risk Management practice, bringing industry insights and global best practices to clients in sectors such as mining, oil & gas, chemicals, power & utilities, agribusiness, food & beverage, and industrial manufacturing.

Your Impact

You will lead multi‑workstream projects, design solutions, and support clients in achieving sustainable improvements. You will also help develop methodologies, contribute to thought leadership, and coach junior team members.

Key Accountabilities

- Lead delivery of operational risk and performance engagements;

- Manage multiple workstreams and ensure high‑quality outcomes;

- Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders;

- Identify risks, opportunities, and emerging trends;

- Develop thought leadership and contribute to dss+ IP;

- Guide junior team members in project management and client interactions;

- Conduct assessments, develop recommendations, and support implementation;

- Facilitate workshops and alignment discussions.
