Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Monitor and maintain up-to-date knowledge of product launches, brand activations, and market insights using IFF’s marketing databases.

• Extract and organize market data, product information, and reports using agency subscriptions and secondary research tools.

• Support the Marketing team in publishing monthly and quarterly newsletters, annual category overviews, and new product announcements in a clear and engaging format.

• Lead the end-to-end product procurement and shipment process, including sourcing, tracking, and managing claims and reimbursements.

• Serve as the key liaison with IFF teams in Indonesia, regional and global offices, and external vendors to ensure smooth coordination.

• Create and maintain templates and dashboards to streamline reporting and data sharing across teams.

• Contribute to marketing operations by ensuring timely execution of tasks and supporting cross-functional initiatives.

• Degree in Chemical or any other relevant discipline

• Passionate towards Scent or Fragrance related industry

• Able to support for marketing related request

• Practice safety and good housekeeping

• Proficiency in computer knowledge
