• Act as the primary CSA (Civil, Structural & Architectural) lead and interface with engineering partners.

• Manage and approve CSA design deliverables, ensuring compliance with project requirements, local regulations, and industry standards.

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure an integrated design and construction approach.

• Participate in 3D model reviews and ensure appropriate CSA design inputs.

• Incorporate EHS&S requirements into design, construction, commissioning, and operational planning.

• Support contractor procurement activities, including RFP reviews, bidder evaluations, and contract recommendations.

• Lead CSA design transition into detailed design and construction, ensuring continuity and knowledge transfer.

• Oversee site execution of CSA works, ensuring alignment with approved designs, quality standards, and project schedules.

• Review and approve mock-ups, fabrication activities, and project turnover documentation.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

• 15+ years of experience delivering large-scale capital projects.

• Proven CSA leadership experience on major greenfield projects, preferably within pharmaceutical, life sciences, or advanced manufacturing environments.

• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and engineering consultants.

• Strong understanding of design management, construction execution, and regulatory compliance.

• Willingness to travel internationally and relocate for extended project assignments as required.
