About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Project Management Coordination: Lead full-process management of sales projects, covering business negotiations, solution design and execution implementation, coordinate internal and external resources to solve key problems, ensure efficient project advancement and achievement of performance targets.

Customer Relationship Deepening: Maintain and expand customer relationships, deeply explore customer needs and potential business opportunities, enhance customer stickiness through customized services and promote sustained growth of sales potential.

Operation Process Optimization: Analyze business process pain points, formulate standardized operation solutions and promote implementation, optimize resource allocation and overdue rate control to improve project execution efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Regularly analyze customer behavior and project data, extract business insights and feedback to product optimization, continuously improve service quality and customer value through data closed-loop management.

Experience Accumulation Enablement: Establish project archives and knowledge base, summarize methodology and promote team capability improvement to achieve organizational experience reuse and scalable replication.
