Founding Recruiter, GTM & Marketing

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the first dedicated recruiter for go-to-market, marketing, and creative roles, you will own full-cycle hiring across a growing AI/ML company. You will partner with hiring managers to build strong teams and improve the recruiting process as the company scales.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Source, screen, schedule, and guide candidates through assigned GTM, marketing, and creative searches, through offer and close.

• Manage multiple searches and hiring-manager relationships as priorities shift, keeping stakeholders informed and candidates moving.

• Track funnel conversion, time-to-offer, and candidate stall points, and use those insights to improve your searches.

• Use AI tools and automation to streamline sourcing, outreach drafting, and recruiting operations while maintaining thoughtful candidate communication.

• Set clear, job-specific evaluation criteria and maintain a high hiring bar across roles.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Demonstrated success owning end-to-end, in-house recruiting and closing candidates, including candidates with competing offers.

• Experience hiring go-to-market talent across sales, marketing, and creative, with a clear understanding of role-specific assessment criteria.

• Ability to run several searches for multiple hiring managers at once, adapt to changing priorities, and communicate proactively.

• Experience tracking recruiting funnel metrics, including stage conversion and time-to-offer.

• Strong candidate outreach writing and a track record of earning responses through authentic communication.

• Comfort using recruiting platforms such as Ashby, or learning new tools quickly, and applying AI or LLMs to sourcing and workflow automation.

• Experience hiring across the US and Europe is valuable. Startup recruiting experience is also beneficial.

LOCATION

On-site or remote, with Munich, Germany as the primary location. Other hiring locations include Warsaw, Poland; Dublin, Ireland; and New York, United States.
