Qualifications

- BC/BE in Pediatric Anesthesiology

- Eligible for California medical license

- Passion for pediatrics and commitment to patient-centered care.

Practice Highlights

- 100% pediatric anesthesiology with a wide variety of complex and routine cases

- 16,000 anesthetics per year: all surgical service lines, except burns and transplants.

- Shift-based model with very flexible scheduling

- Full-time consists of 184 shifts per year, inclusive of all call shifts and just 17 in-house overnight call shifts

- Time off and call scheduling is transparent and equitable amongst all group members

- Ample opportunity for highly lucrative extra shifts

- Choose your own case assignments

- Solo practice with opportunity for occasional medical direction - 1:1 with CA-2 resident and 1:2 with CRNAs
