After learning the fundamentals of the role through onboarding, training, and mentorship, you'll be trusted to drive your work forward with the support of your manager and team. At the end of the summer, you'll showcase your accomplishments and business impact through a final presentation to company leaders, giving you visibility and exposure beyond your immediate team. Specific projects vary by team and will be discussed during the interview process.

Beyond your project experience, you'll participate in a collaborative internship program designed to help you grow both professionally and personally. Through networking events, professional development opportunities, career coaching, business acumen sessions, site tours, volunteer activities, and intern events, you'll gain valuable insight into the manufacturing industry while building relationships across the organization.
