Teens don't need fixing. They need someone dependable who truly gets them. Is that you?

Can you talk music, gaming, and weekend plans with a 15-year-old and make them feel completely at ease? We're hiring RBTs and Behavior Technicians with a 40-hour RBT training certificate to help neurodivergent teens (autism, ADHD, and more) build independence, confidence, and real friendships. We're a BCBA-owned, neurodiversity-affirming, play-based ABA practice. No table drills. Just real connection.

Your day:

• 1:1 ABA support in homes, schools, and the community

• Follow BCBA-designed plans and track progress through session data

• Build real relationships with teens and families

You're our person if you:

• Show up on time, every time, and rarely cancel

• Give one month's notice for long-term schedule changes

• Love coaching and are always striving to do better

• Want a career here, not a pit stop

• Have your 40-hour RBT training done (or will finish before you start)

• Have experience with children or teens, reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and can lift 50 lbs

Why you'll love it here: Paid training. We cover your RBT exam and application fees. Mileage reimbursement. Real BCBA mentorship. A small team where your voice counts. We promote from within and support RBTs on the path to BCBA. Your supervision can lead toward BCaBA/BCBA roles.

What to expect: Interviews include a short role-play and reference check.

Ready to make a difference? Apply today! We review applications on a rolling basis and move FAST for dependable, growth-minded candidates.

We welcome neurodivergent applicants and people of all backgrounds. Applicants must be 18+ to meet regulatory, background check, and BACB eligibility requirements.
