Job Description: UI/UX Designer Role Overview We are looking for a talented and user-centric UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and highly functional digital products. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire design lifecycle—from initial user research and persona mapping to wireframing, high-fidelity visual design, and interactive prototyping. You will advocate for the user while aligning designs with business goals, collaborating closely with product managers, business analysts, and front-end developers to bring your designs to life. Key Responsibilities UX Research & Interaction Design • User Research: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and competitive analyses to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points. • Information Architecture: Create user personas, user journeys, task flows, and sitemaps to define the structure and flow of the application. • Wireframing: Build low-fidelity and mid-fidelity wireframes to quickly iterate on layout concepts and user flows. Visual & UI Design • High-Fidelity Design: Create pixel-perfect, visually stunning user interface designs, adhering to modern design principles, color theory, and typography. • Design Systems: Establish, scale, and maintain comprehensive UI kits, component libraries, and design systems to ensure visual consistency across all digital products. • Responsive Design: Design seamless experiences across multiple devices and screen sizes, including desktop, tablet, and mobile. Prototyping & Testing • Prototyping: Build interactive, clickable prototypes to communicate design concepts and transitions to stakeholders and developers. • Usability Testing: Set up and run usability testing sessions to gather feedback, validate design decisions, and identify areas for improvement. • Developer Handoff: Package assets, redlines, and specifications cleanly for the development team, and collaborate during the implementation phase to ensure visual fidelity.

Required Skills & Qualifications Design Tools & Technical Skills • Design Tools: Mastery of industry-standard design and prototyping tools (specifically Figma, but also Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision). • Creative Suite: Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator) for asset creation. • Design Principles: Deep understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles, information architecture, and interaction design. • Technical Awareness: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks (Angular, React) to ensure your designs are technically feasible and easy to implement. Professional Experience & Soft Skills • Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a structured design process, user research case studies, wireframes, prototypes, and final high-fidelity UI designs. • Communication: Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions, research findings, and rationale to technical teams and business stakeholders. • Experience: Typically 3+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, Interaction Designer, or Product Designer.

Preferred Qualifications • Experience designing complex, data-heavy dashboards, data visualizations, or transactional B2B platforms (ideally in financial services, fintech, or enterprise software). • Experience implementing and maintaining accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) within UI design systems.
