Roles & Responsibilities

• Profile customers and KOLs to identify needs and maximize brand adoption in line with marketing and SFE strategies.

• Plan and execute visits to clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies, adjusting routes based on progress and feedback.

• Implement marketing strategies, communicate product benefits, and ensure compliance with guidelines.

• Monitor sales performance, set goals, and create action plans to address any target shortfalls.

• Manage product stock levels in your area and resolve any bottlenecks or deviations.

• Organize face-to-face and online events, conduct follow-ups, and ensure proper documentation.

• Use CRM tools and data to systematically match promotions with the right customers.

• Adhere to company values, COBE, and marketing guidelines while supporting business objectives.

Educational Qualification & Experience

Educational Qualification: Graduation from any discipline. Science graduation preferred

Minimum Work Experience: 1+ years overall experience in Rx/OTC within pharma industry
