What this job involves:

Maintenance & Operations

• Conduct daily inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance for building facilities, including electrical, HVAC, fire services, and plumbing systems

• Execute the 52-week Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedule and promptly resolve reactive work orders

• Manage emergency repairs and develop contingency plans for unexpected facility issues

Team & Project Management

• Assist Engineering Manager / Engineering Director in supervising, training, and assigning daily tasks to the technician team

• Support engineering projects by monitoring progress, coordinating with contractors, and tracking project expenditures

• Evaluate existing systems and propose building improvements to enhance efficiency and sustainability

Reporting & Communication匯報與溝通

• Prepare regular maintenance and progress reports for management, tenants, and landlord representatives

• Maintain smooth communication with all stakeholders to ensure high-quality facility operations.

Required Skills and Experiences

• Higher Diploma or above from any recognized tertiary education institution in Hong Kong in a relevant discipline

• Experience: At least 3 years of comparable supervisory experience in facilities or building management

• Certification: Registered Electrical Worker (REW)

• Language: Good in English and Fluent in Chinese (Cantonese), with the ability to write reports in both languages

• Attributes: Proactive, self-motivated, polite, and a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
