FPGA and Embedded SW Platform Team Lead

We are looking for some exceptional talent to join our Design and Engineering team as a System Platform Team Lead
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or another relevant technical field
- Senior-level experience in complex multidisciplinary systems, preferably in imaging or camera products
- Experience leading engineering teams and driving execution
- Strong system architecture background spanning embedded SW, FPGA/RTL, host-side software, HW/SW integration and interfaces
- Experience with Xilinx Zynq / MPSoC or similar heterogeneous SoC platforms
- Good understanding of Linux, bare-metal development, Verilog, Vivado/Vitis and FPGA development flows
- Experience with Python and C++
- Strong integration and debugging skills across hardware, FPGA and software
- Experience with image/data processing pipelines and platforms such as PCs, Raspberry Pi or NVIDIA Jetson is an advantage
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
