Quality Control Laboratory Technician

As our new Quality Control Laboratory Technician, you will perform analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, stability samples, and finished products to verify compliance with established specifications and quality standards. You will work with a range of analytical techniques and laboratory instrumentation while supporting investigations, stability programs, method verification activities, and continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform testing of raw materials, in-process control, and finished product samples to verify compliance with established specifications.

- Conduct analytical testing using techniques such as HPLC, IR, Karl Fischer, TLC, and other approved test methods.

- Investigate Out-of-Specification Out-of-Trend and atypical results in accordance with approved procedures.

- Perform stability testing and maintain accurate stability study records.

- Record and review analytical results in compliance with established procedure and data integrity requirements.

- Maintain and calibrate QC laboratory instruments

- Participate in interlaboratory comparison studies, proficiency testing programs, and method verification activities.

- Perform routine laboratory housekeeping and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements.

- Carry out special projects and actively participate in cross-functional teams, continuous improvement initiatives, and site development activities.
