Job Description

Essentia Health is hiring a Marketing Planner to develop and implement strategic marketing programs for assigned specialties, using market insights and data to identify opportunities, support service development, and measure results. This role partners closely with clinical and administrative leaders, leads complex initiatives, and provides marketing expertise while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Description

Responsible for the development and implementation of marketing programs, strategies and tactics for assigned specialties within Essentia Health.

Responsibilities include:

• Organizing the marketing efforts for assigned specialties including recommendations of program and service development based upon market trends

• Marketing analysis and reporting

• Working collaboratively to ensure that program development and enhancements meet customer needs and goals

• Providing internal expertise to marketing, marketing research and public relations colleagues to implement specific tactics to ensure continuity in development of marketing plans

• Developing the relationships required to represent the specialties to internal and external customers. Position requires high level of customer service and mentoring skills to establish and enhance positive relationships with patients, co-workers, and others.

Required Education

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or other related field.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or communications role that has allowed development and knowledge of the organization and its strategic goals

Hybrid Nature

• This role functions predominantly remotely, however, candidate must sit within Essentia Health's service area and be able to travel onsite as needed for Marketing activities

Licensure/Certification Qualifications

Required Licensure

Possession of a valid motor vehicle operator's license as verified through appropriate licensing agency.
