As Manager of Food Safety Regulatory, you will develop, implement, and oversee food safety and regulatory compliance programs across our operational network. You will interface with regulatory agencies, drive continuous improvement, and champion a strong food safety and quality culture!

You will...

• Ensure food safety compliance with local, city, state and federal requirements

• Ensure compliance with all company FSQA requirements

• Ensure all process records critical to food safety are reviewed on established intervals

• Address high-impact food safety issues experienced by the company and industry

• Collaborate with FSQA partners to build upon and strengthen the current food safety strategy to ensure HelloFresh embodies best in class programs and practices.

• Manage all food safety licenses and certifications required for the business to be in compliance with all local, city, state, and federal requirements.

• Represent the FSQ team with cross functional departments to ensure FSQA objectives are met, supported, in compliance, and continuously improving.

• Execute on ad-hoc projects.

You have...

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Biology or other relevant subjects

• Minimum of 3 years of experience within the food industry

• Organizational oversight with large site or multi-site business

• Strong attention to detail and data driven mindset

• Extensive knowledge of principles and applications of FSQA programs including HACCP, PCQI and applicable certifications

• Up-to-date knowledge on FDA, USDA and local guidelines

$84,000 — $108,000 USD

Newark, NJ Pay Range

$96,600 — $124,200 USD

Arizona Pay Range

$84,000 — $108,000 USD

Illinois Pay Range

$90,300 — $116,100 USD
