What's the role?

Our Keysborough Calibration Centre is looking for a friendly, organised Customer Service Specialist to join the team.

You will act as a central link between our customers, technicians and workshop team, ensuring efficient communications, managing bookings and providing updates to keeping schedules on track. You will play a crucial role in delivering a smooth and positive customer experience with your key responsibilities including:

• Managing customer enquiries, bookings and quotes

• Coordinating technician schedules

• Providing clear and timely job updates

• Supporting Site Managers with workflow planning

• Maintaining accurate data and administrative records

Is this you?

We're seeking a customer-focused individual with:

• Experience in customer service, scheduling or service advising (automotive highly regarded)

• A confident and professional phone manner

• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

• High accuracy in data entry and administration

• Solid Microsoft Office skills

• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
