PPI Technician

- Identify productivity losses and improvement opportunities on the shop floor.

- Conduct time studies, cycle-time measurements, and process performance analysis.

- Support Lean Manufacturing activities, including 5S, Kaizen, waste elimination, and standard work.

- Execute and track PPI initiatives, action plans, and implementation timelines.

- Collect and analyze manufacturing data, including productivity, OEE, scrap, and downtime.

- Document improvement results and support savings validation with process owners and Finance.

- Maintain performance reports, dashboards, and process documentation.

- Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics.

- Verify that implemented improvements are sustained and comply with safety and quality requirements.

- Technical degree or bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, Automation, or a related field.

- Recent graduates are welcome; previous manufacturing experience is desirable but not required.

- Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and manufacturing processes.

- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Power BI knowledge is an advantage.

- Analytical thinking, proactive attitude, teamwork, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
