Senior Recruiter

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to own end-to-end recruitment for our client delivery teams, from sourcing to interview and shortlist handoff. You will help global clients build dedicated, high-performing offshore teams by finding and engaging top talent across Mortgage, Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance or other specialist function.

Engagement type: This is a 3-month project-based independent contractor role, with a strong possibility of conversion to a permanent position based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with account managers and client stakeholders to understand role requirements, team structure, and hiring timelines.

• Run the full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlist presentation.

• Source active and passive candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and talent communities.

• Conduct initial screening and behavioral interviews to assess skills, communication, culture fit, and client-specific requirements.

• Coordinate technical and client interviews, and gather feedback to keep candidates and stakeholders aligned.

• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.

• Deliver a strong candidate experience from first contact through interview.

• Track and report key metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness, and conversion rates.

• Handle volume and specialized hiring for multiple client accounts at once.

• Recommend ways to improve sourcing channels, screening methods, and hiring processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally in BPO, outsourcing, staffing, or an agency setting.

• Proven ability to source and close candidates for both high-volume and specialized roles.

• Strong interviewing and assessment skills, with sound judgment on skills and cultural fit.

• Excellent written and verbal communication, including professional engagement with international clients.

• Hands-on experience with an ATS and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and managing multiple requisitions at once.

Compensation: Php80,000 - Php100,000
