As a Management Associate (MA), you will undergo rigorous and comprehensive training designed to enhance your banking knowledge and essential skills through a fast-tracked development journey.

E ducation

You will embark on a comprehensive induction training at the beginning of the programme.

E xperience

You will undergo on-the-job training to gain a deeper understanding and appreciation of the specific business function through job rotation and acquire essential skills in your area of specialization.

E xposure

You will build a close-knit community with fellow MAs in the region and expand your network by connecting with top executives of the bank and have the privilege of being mentored by senior leaders.
