Our Service offerings empower customers & partners to holistically manage the asset lifecycle—from start-of-life (e.g., Install & Commission), through services designed to strengthen operational-life (e.g., Upgrade, Repair & Extend), to end-of-life activities (e.g., Replace & Decommission).

How you will make an impact

1. You will conduct regular customer visits to develop service project opportunities including extension, retrofit, and strategic spare parts, actively support internal and external customers and collect customer feedback. 2. You will receive RFQs from end customers or internal customers, register RFQs in SFDC, conduct RFQ assessment, and distribute support tasks to internal technical and commercial support teams. 3. You will maintain and update service project pipeline information in SFDC to improve forecast accuracy. 4. You will analyze customer RFQs, initiate Risk Review processes when necessary, define technical solutions, and collect technical documents and cost information from internal functional teams. 5. You will calculate bidding prices, define pricing strategies, prepare bidding documents for customer submission, and follow up on customer negotiations and clarifications. 6. You will complete contract signing with customers and cooperate with the commercial team to register contracts in the SAP system. 7. You will hand over confirmed contracts to the project execution team and support project managers with necessary customer communication throughout project execution. 8. You will practically apply digital tools and data to support customer interactions, service execution, and issue resolution. 9. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. 10. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in mechanical, electrical engineering or related disciplines is preferred. 2. Over five years of sales or sales support experience with solid knowledge of DISC products. 3. Fluent written, oral and reading English skills. 4. Possess good communication and presentation skills with strong customer orientation. 5. Be an effective team player. 6. Be willing to take challenges and proactive in learning new knowledge and skills. 7. Capable of practical application of digital tools and data to support customer interactions, service execution, and issue resolution.
