SCHEDULE: FULL-TIME | MONDAY–FRIDAY

COMPENSATION: BASE SALARY + UNCAPPED COMMISSION

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Connect with potential customers through provided leads, referrals, and outbound outreach

• Learn about customers' needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage

• Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products

• Follow up with prospects and build lasting customer relationships

• Identify opportunities for additional coverage and referrals

• Maintain an organized pipeline and work toward sales goals

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Confident communicator who enjoys working with people

• Motivated by performance goals and earning potential

• Comfortable making phone calls and building new relationships

• Positive attitude and persistence when facing rejection

• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and take initiative

• Strong organization and follow-through

• Experience in sales, retail, banking, hospitality, automotive, or customer service is a plus

• Insurance licensing preferred, or willingness to obtain it

• Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply
