About the Role

At JDE Peet's, safety is more than compliance. It's a core part of who we are and how we operate.

We are seeking an experienced Safety, Health & Environment Manager (SHE) to lead and shape our national safety strategy across manufacturing, warehousing, retail, field sales and corporate environments.

This is a unique opportunity to influence organisational culture, strengthen leadership accountability and drive best-practice safety, health and wellbeing outcomes across a complex, multi-site business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the national Safety, Health & Environment strategy across Australia

• Shape and embed a "Safety First" culture across all levels of the organisation

• Partner closely with the Leadership Team, HR and Operations leaders

• Drive governance, risk management, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives

• Champion physical safety, psychological wellbeing and environmental responsibility

• Lead critical incident management, emergency preparedness and business continuity planning

• Influence enterprise risk management and sustainability outcomes

• Build capability and accountability through coaching, engagement and leadership development

About You

• Senior SHE leader with 8+ years' experience in FMCG, manufacturing, logistics or other multi-site environments

• Strong knowledge of Australian WHS legislation, risk management frameworks and ISO standards

• Proven track record driving safety culture transformation and influencing executive stakeholders

• Experienced working across both operational and corporate environments

• Commercially minded with the ability to balance compliance, risk and business performance

• Passionate about creating safer, healthier and more inclusive workplaces
