Role summary:

The  Manager, Content Systems (Blue)  supports the systems, processes, and governance that power Blue, Walmart Connect’s internal intranet and sales enablement platform. Blue serves as a centralized source of truth for approved marketing, product marketing, sales enablement, and organizational content used by 2,000+ Walmart Connect associates.

This role is responsible for maintaining the health and effectiveness of the Blue content ecosystem— ensuring content is accurate, organized, discoverable, accessible, and governed throughout its lifecycle. The Manager will oversee day-to-day content operations, support content owners, optimize the user experience, and identify opportunities to improve how associates find and use information. About the team: Walmart Connect drives impactful connections between brands and over 150 million weekly shoppers through advanced omnichannel media solutions. The team leverages Walmart’s extensive scale, data, and retail expertise to deliver strategic marketing initiatives that enhance customer engagement. As the retail media business grows, the team focuses on strengthening systems, infrastructure, and operational rigor to enable consistent, compelling storytelling at scale. By unifying strategy across verticals and content teams, the group empowers efficient, data-driven decision-making and fosters collaboration to support Walmart’s marketing objectives and brand growth. What you'll do:

• Content Governance:  Manage content publishing, lifecycle processes, audits, and authoring standards to maintain accuracy and accountability.

• Platform Optimization:  Administer Blue, improve taxonomy and discoverability, manage access, and partner with Seismic on platform enhancements.

• Cross-Functional Partnership:  Collaborate with content owners, Product Marketing, Sales, and other stakeholders to improve content quality and user experience.

• Project Management:  Lead content and platform initiatives, manage publishing workflows, and maintain scalable processes and documentation.

• Reporting & Insights:  Analyze platform usage, content performance, and adoption to identify improvements and demonstrate Blue's impact across Walmart Connect.

What you'll bring:

• 3-5+ years of experience in content management, knowledge management, sales enablement, marketing operations, or related fields.

• Hands-on experience managing content and workflows within enterprise content management or enablement platforms.

• Seismic experience required, including familiarity with content management, permissions, metadata, analytics, and/or platform administration.

• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to drive alignment across cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience bringing structure and process to matrixed workstreams.

• Adaptable, detail-oriented, and collaborative team player.

• Airtable experience preferred.

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $186,000.00

San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $202,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
