Responsibilities

• Provide structured coaching, joint-fieldwork, and mentoring to the sales team to enhance bancassurance advisory capabilities and sales productivity.

• Design and deliver training programs on insurance products, financial planning concepts, and sales techniques.

• Partner with branch leaders and segment heads to identify performance gaps and implement targeted coaching solutions.

• Monitor sales performance metrics and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.

• Ensure all sales processes and coaching activities comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.

• Promote the adoption of digital advisory tools to enhance the customer journey and sales efficiency.

Requirements

• Degree holder or equivalent professional qualification in a relevant field.

• Significant experience in bancassurance sales, financial planning, or sales coaching within the financial services sector.

• Deep understanding of insurance products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.

• Strong facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams.

• Possess relevant industry certifications in insurance and financial advisory.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate sales data into actionable coaching plans.
