Dotnet Developer

Location: Gurugram (Onsite)

We are seeking a motivated and skilled .NET Developer (3-5 years of experience) to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in C#, .NET Core/.NET Framework, Web APIs, and SQL Server, along with hands-on experience or a solid understanding of enterprise messaging and integration technologies such as Apache Kafka and/or Microsoft BizTalk.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performing backend services and enterprise integrations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build robust solutions that support business-critical applications while ensuring reliability, maintainability, and performance.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain backend applications and services using C#, .NET Core/.NET Framework, and related technologies.

- Build and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices to support business and integration requirements.

- Develop and maintain integrations using Kafka, BizTalk, or equivalent enterprise messaging platforms.

- Implement event-driven and message-based architectures using queues, topics, and publish/subscribe patterns.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability through efficient coding practices and architecture design.

- Create and execute unit tests to ensure code quality and system stability.

- Apply software engineering best practices, including SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean architecture concepts.

- Collaborate with architects, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

- Estimate, design, and deliver features within assigned components or systems with minimal supervision.

- Support CI/CD implementation and deployment processes to streamline software delivery.

Your profile

- 3-5 years of professional experience in software development using Microsoft .NET technologies.

- Hands-on experience with hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core / .NET Framework, ASP.NET Web APIs, SQL Server and relational database design.

- Good understanding of Apache Kafka and/or Microsoft BizTalk, Message queues, topics, Publish/Subscribe patterns

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and DevOps practices.

- Good analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.

- Demonstrate technical ownership of components or systems.
