Your impact
Dutch clinical registries are among the richest sources of outcome data in Europe. At LOGEX, that data reaches clinicians and hospitals through applications such as Codman and Data Entry, and reaches researchers and healthcare professionals through data requests and exports. As Senior Product Owner you own that portfolio end to end: the applications that clinicians use every day, and the data pipelines that power them.
You are the product owner for our largest registry partner and decide what gets built within a fixed capacity. You also make sure that what we build strengthens the wider LOGEX platform wherever possible.
What you'll own
- Applications: user-facing applications for manual data entry, dashboarding and exports – owning the roadmap, priorities and release quality.
- Pipelines and business logic: registry processing (merge, load, curation), data exports, scientific data requests, data linkage and registry development sets.
- One backlog, two types of developers: you lead the product work of a team that combines data engineers with back-end and front-end developers. You translate user and partner’s needs into work for both, and you see early where a front-end change depends on a pipeline change.
- Prioritisation within fixed capacity: you align with one counterpart at our largest registry partner on what gets built and when, with transparent trade-offs, realistic yearly planning and a clear path to extra capacity when it is funded.
- Reusable by design: you turn partner-specific needs into shared LOGEX components wherever possible, in close collaboration with other Product Owners and Product Managers.
- Regulatory and standards readiness: you make sure the products keep meeting healthcare regulation and move along with open data standards, e.g. FHIR.
- Run and improve: you balance new development with maintenance and technical debt, and you help to reduce key-person risk in a small team.
- Customer-facing: you work closely with the Customer Office on scope, project proposals and delivery expectations, and you represent the products in partner and user sessions.
