Job Description

As a Warehouse Associate at ToroAire, you will support daily operations by assisting customers with HVAC parts, equipment, and supplies while helping manage inventory and warehouse activities. This role combines customer service, order processing, and hands-on warehouse responsibilities to ensure efficient operations and a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone with HVAC parts, equipment, and supply inquiries.

• Receive, unload, inspect, and stock incoming shipments.

• Pull, pack, and prepare orders for customer pickup, delivery, or shipment.

• Assist customers with loading products and equipment into vehicles.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to safely move materials.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and counter sales environment.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and support daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Previous experience in counter sales, customer service, or warehouse operations preferred.

• HVAC industry or parts knowledge is a plus.

• Forklift experience or certification preferred.

• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting.

• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and weather conditions.

• Ability to safely operate material-handling equipment with appropriate training.

Compensation: $20.00-25.00/hr DOE
