You will design curriculum, deliver instruction, and facilitate drills and exercises for the Crisis Management Team, site Emergency Response Teams, and the broader workforce, and maintain the training records that demonstrate compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This position supports the Crisis Management function under the direction of the Crisis Management Manager, and partners with Facilities, Corporate Security, Operations, Engineering, the People Team, and leadership to help reduce risk and improve organizational resilience and safety performance, with training and education as the primary lever.
