Global HR-IT Solution Manager (m/f/d)

We are seeking an experienced HR IT Engineer to Shape the future of global HR IT in a role with real ownership and international impact . You will lead business-critical services, establish consistent ITSM practices and work with global stakeholders and providers to improve service quality, innovation and efficiency.

The successful candidate will own global HR IT services for HR Document Management, including the electronic personnel archive, digital HR inbox and payslips. The Solution Manager will act as primary ITSM owner for global HR IT services, including BMC/AUSeP configuration and regular service reviews, will be responsible to operate the services according to our ITSM standards (Incident, Change, Demand Management).

Key Responsibilities

- Take primary ownership of IT Service Management (ITSM) for the global HR IT services, including service-level governance

- Configure and maintain ITSM tool ( BMC ) and Service Catalog (AUSeP) for the owned services and conduct regular service reviews

- Coordinate demand, providers, costs, quality and stakeholders; drive continuous improvement and cross-divisional projects.

- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable field

- Several years of experience in IT service and project management

- Experience managing external providers; cloud solutions and architecture are an advantage

- Strong communication, moderation and negotiation skills

- Independent, structured, results- and customer-oriented working style

- Fluent English.
